move abroad on bail in 498 & dwrry harrasment case

hi can a person move abroad for some tenporary period if he is out on bail in 498 and dowry harrasment case

Yes, if no such condition is imposed in bail order that the person is bound to attend each date in court physically or he will not move abroad without the prior permission of court or both together.

No conditions are imposed for 498 A cases only thing the other side should not know otherwise they may create problems.

 

Engage an expert advocate and he will take care for all these problems.
