Mpoc case

Business : Cr of R2 time extended till 5.10.16. failing which exparte order will be passed. Next Purpose : COUNTER Next Hearing Date : 05-10-2016 Sir Kindly say me what does this mean ... Im the petioner .. i met with an accident last year and filled this case for a claim for my injuries and the case is Mpoc..

Vicky Honerable court had given extended time to defendant to appear till 5.10 16 other wise court will give decsion in your favour.
