We have been served a notice from our vendors lawyer pertaining to outstanding payment and dragging the matter to MSME court and on an outstanding of a x amount they are now demanding 4 times on the x amount thru MSME.We were having had a coordial relationship with our vendor since last 7 years and have been doing a good business with them but having taken undue advantage of supplying substandard material in connivance with our staff bribing them and double billing them and when this was bought to the vendors notice orally they said pay 50% of outstanding and balance we will forget but to our suprise they served us with a notice thru MSME so we are now looking for a very good influential lawyer to represent us in and around baroda area or gandhinagar
