A Transport & Logistic Service provider who is already registered under Motor Transport Workers Act. They have offices across India to handle their operations.
a) I would like to know, is it also mandatory for them to be registered under Shop and Establishment Act within various states in India.
b) If there is an inspection from respective labor commissioner office under S&E registration, can they take the shelter of MTW registration.
