Multi-state property settlement (not dispute)

I am about to enter a settlement agreement with my wife regarding maintenance and properties in several states and a foreign country. My question is can a settlement in the Family Court in one state cover properties in other states and countries. Can my wife later come and say that the Family Court in say Gujarat did not have jurisdiction over my property in Maharashtra or Delhi or London or wherever?  I know that for adjudication of property dispute, the Family Court has limited jurisdiction but what about a general settlement? Common sense tells me that it would be ridiculous for husband-wife to go to each state or country and get their agreement ratified or approved again-and-again-and-again.  Expert advice requested.  How would such a settlement be worded to patch this loophole if indeed it is a loophole?
