We are taking a office in Magarpatta Pentagon tower in Pune on rent. We are making "Leave and License Agreement". I want to know:
1. Will there be any municipal tax applicable on the rent?
2. If Pune Municipal Corporation decides to raise tax demand, they will send it to owner or tenant?
3. Before raising tax demand, do they read our agreement and find out who is supposed to pay municipal tax?
