muslim_second marriage_Anexure D_Passport
I want to apply for re-issue of passport with address proof doc in AP and acquitted from 498a in TN.
First time passport issued as unmarried.
After 498a acquittal, married second time as I am muslim and got marrige affidavit Anexure-D.
I have few questions to ask in this form of learned members,
1 )I need to re-issue my passport stating "no" to the question asked in passport form "Have you ever been charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/ summon pending before a court of India? Is it correct?
2) giving anexure-D to include directly second wife name without including first wife name.
3) police verifiation issues regarding this.
