I've a doubt regarding muslim women inheriting parent's property.
My uncle has 2 daughters, both are married. He has a property ( a flat) in his name. He acquired this property through his own hard work and its not any ancestral property.
Since he does not have any Son, does the 2 daughters will become automatically inherit the property? Or does he need to create a will in the name of daughters.
My uncle wants to make sure that the property should be inherited by his daughters. What are his options.
