Mutation and conveyance deed

thru one conveyance deed, different khasra no. were purchased from one owner. case filed for stay on one particular khasra no. by a relative. mutation stayed by tehsildar on all khasra no. stating conveyance deed under litigation.

Q : when only one khasra no. is being challenged, how can revenue authority deny mutation of balance khasra . does conveyance deed comes under litigation. can it be declared null and void.
