Mutation correction

sir we have a joint property with my uncle and the said property was given by my grandfather who bought the 17 'satak' property, by way of gift to my father and my uncle. My uncle received 7.5 'satak' and my father received 7.5 'satak' and 2 'satak' is common. But interestingly my uncle recorded in his name 9 'satak' from BLR Office without our notice and my father recorded only 7 'satak' with the guidance of a professional. Actually my father does not have any knowledge about this. we have filed an application to the BLR but the office of BLR are not doing anything. The property deed clearly mention that my father and my uncle has ownership of 7.5 'satak' each. what to do now. please advice me.I will be thankful to you for your kind guidance.
