Mutation of a sale deed

Dear all,

Two persons jointly buy a land of 18 katha in west bengal, they have two individual khatian number to pay the Tax(Khajna) in 1:1 ratio. But the property was a joint property. They were the recorded owner.

After their death ,the ancestors from both side become the joint owner .To divide the property The ancestors did a partition deed and each side got 50 % of the whole property exist within those two khatian numbers i.e 9 katha each .the drafting of the partition deed is in same speech.

after that one side of them sold a land of 2 katha out of 9katha to me, both khatian number is also mentioned in my sale deed.

I want to apply for BLLRO mutation. My question is

1.whether i will apply the mutation with those two khatian numbers in 1:1 ratio of my purchased land or only with a single khatian ?

2.I have to clear the previous "khajna" under two khatians or single khatian?

3. what are the documents I need to produce at BLLRO office on the day of hearing?

please suggest me
