Mutual Agreement between Husband & Wife About KID…

It is a funny way to say I am going to be Judge of our own case !

I mean tell us after marriage how you both can have a "mutual agreement"?  Mutual agreement or say pre-nuptials are done before marriage or before even say live-in not after when you entered the unknown territory thus afterwards various Family Laws take over control of spouse life and you have left with defending not baking and eating your own cake afterwards!!!

 

 

if there is situation for divorce, the parties may include a clause for custody of the children.....but in ur case the wife is still pregnant. And I dont think the mother would be so cruel to throw the child immediately....otherwise also u wont be able to abrogate her statutory rights for a child.

    After Filling RCR wife comes back to matrimonial home. But unfortunately human relation is something like a Glass. Once it’s broken, can not to fixed easily. During such period wife (who is looking for some amount of protection) tries to have a baby, so that due to baby husband takes care of her as before. But husband don’t want to take any kind of risk of spoiling the babies future from his previous experience wirh his wife. And the baby requirement, pressure coming from his wife side. Therefore he is looking for some kind of protection (For the sake of future Baby)…

Kindly suggest. Wife is ready for the same….

2. Prayers
3. Evidence compilation (as you asked for protection)


But once you accept her under RCR and on top (if) she is expecting baby then 1 and 2 r/w 3 are the only painful options.
