HI ,
Mutual consent divorce with amount of 5 lacks was agreed between the parties and we are about to file first motion . But somewhere now we have a clue that it could be girl's second marriage which they hide from us and they have mentioned in petition too as Hindu unmarried women at the time of marriage.
My queries
1) what are the ways to find whether a girl was married before or not : like detective what else?
2) If we get enough proof that girl was married before our marriage what next can be done ? do i still need to pay Alimony in that case?
