My wife is ready to do a mutual consent divorce, after first threatening me to do false 498 A to which i sent a written complaint to the Police commissioner of her juridiction who then gave her a telephonic call and notice. However, I want to legalize the MoU / mutual consent since i don't trust her anymore.

However, can i go for mutual consent divorce with a MoU for this short span which is less than 1 year ?
