Need guidance from the forum members on Mutual Divorce
1) We are a married couple staying in Mumbai - married since 2010 under HMA.
2) we have compatiblity issues between us that result in minor quarrels getting exagerated.
3) She is quite stubborn on her views and fails to compromise.
4) there are no particular issues, every fight has a different reason.
5) She is not ready for Mutual divorce
Q1) can some members please suggest me how can i convince her for mutual consent divorce since that is the once which is easiest. i donot intend to go for a contested divorce since it is long and painful and expensive too
Q2) She is working and draws a salary of about 20,000/- per month. while i draw a salary of 1.5lacs a month. We donot have kids. Can she demand maintainence in this case ?
