Mutual Divorce

Due to dispute we decided to take divorce. We take noterised divorce n apply in court for legal divorce.when we applied for mutual Divorce my daughter is 1 yr old n my wife give all powers in my favour for my daughter.at present she demanded wants to my daughter when she wants. I don't ready n court also noticed that their is no any such matter of demand in yr mutual Divorce application so court don't admir my wife's application to meet my daughter when she wants. she doesn't come in court to appear so is their any judgement which favours that in mutual Divorce one party is not coming in -nce of mutual Divorce court will give divorce...if any...
