one of my friend got married at 8 feb,2012. and leave with her husband till30 june. actually her marriage has been done in under family pressur. now she wants divorce on mutual ground as soon as possible . both side family is ready for that and all other settlement is ok now.
what is the earliest date to file the divorce and in which court she can file divorce. how much at minimum it iwill take to be completed.

Apply for divorce, get it to Mediation and same will be done, the easiest and fastest, otherwise minimum two years separation is a must.
