Mutual Divorce

Dear Experts if mutual divorce has been agreed under full and final settlement and dicorce is granted. Afterwards that a wife can claim anything more as maintenance.??? regards 498A fraud

dear brother if you had mentioned in your mou that you both are agreed for one time full and final settlement and after mcd decree she will not claim any maintenance and other benifits from you then she cannot be granted maintenance by the court if she filed after getting the divorce decree .
