Mutually consented divorce

Relative wants to file pettition for mutually consented divorce.

He wants that he should not be made to pay anything to his wife. Wife is a arrogant woman and egoist, well employed drawing 20 lakhs per annum, my relative income is only 6 lakhs per annum. The woman owns a house. Of course my relative owns flat that is hypothecated to the bank ( bought on bank loan). Regularly paying EMI. Wife has the custody of only baby 1 1/2 year old. Wife is ready for MCD. They were living apart for the past 25 months wife refuses to leave the job and join her husband who is abroad. They lived together just for 12 months immediately after marriage.

Advice solicited reg MCD as well divorce because of 25 months of desertion.

What wife want for MCD?

what is dispute?? If she earn more than husband, have more property , aslo look after baby, she have sprior upper hand,

So either allow her own proud, and try save chils parets togather, or close the story!!

solve the problem. If wife loves husband she will ofer to live togather, then we togather is fine.

or File mutual consent Divorce under section 13B of Hindu marriage act if they are hindu relegion

Yes Desretion is completed, as both have no body relationwith each other for more than two years, cause cruelty & desertion, but fight in court is 3-5 years long, so decide what you like? fight, or 13b or live togather.: worst: better: best respectively.
