i am also a new victim of 498a
1. wife filed 498a fir in feb 2014 which i came to know through rti in june 2014.
2. io had called me on 19.11.2014 he has given me notice under 41b and 91 of CRPC.
3. should i gave a detailed reply to him during the next meeting .... kindly suggest.

Dear Querist
if in your state the provision for Anticipatory bail is available then first of all file anticipatory bail and after that join the investigation as per the direction of court/Investigation Officer.
