My friend is left in india and she is not able to find him

Hi,

One of my friend who is married for last 5 years with 4 yrs old daughter .Her husband went outside india for the new buisness venture but he didnt tell her where he is going.Now she is able to find him nither she is having any contact details to contact him.She didnt know if he is which country.She is only having his passport number.

Can you please help me to let her know if after few months/Years if he didnt came how can she find him using his passport number OR is there is any way that she can apply for divorce.

Please help!!!

file a missing complaint with the police and state the details.as far as divorce is concerned you must not know anout his whereabouts (whether alive or not) for continuos seven years then only it can be considered as a valid ground

in my view the query is incomplete to state the correct answer without a reason he left her and kid police complaint will give some proof that you are searching for him and if police finds any whereabouts of him then they will bring him and from passport number there is no such application till date to find where he left

better to consult his friends and business circle and if she files for divorce without contesting form him she may get ex-parte divorce and if he comes and contests afterwards then
