I was disowned in the year 2002 due to my alcolhol addiction and adultery.As im the only son and my sister is married have i got any right over my dad's property.Is my sister also equally share holder..im disowned from life and properties movable or immovable.My parents are alive and in my father's will ,after him the properties will be my mother's.What if i file a suit against them stating that as im the only son i am the owner as well..Plz experts put some light on it.
