Name and religion change in marriage

One of my friend (Father christian and mom hindu) has completed BE and MBA and currently working at Chennai. Now that her marriage is fixed with a boy (hindu) and they also accepted with all hierarchy of my family since part of them are still Christian. Now that the boy's father is saying to change the name of the girl as per Hindu name and the entire family to convert to Hindu or else to stop the marriage. Since the name change would affect the qualification cerificates, experience and also the passport, girls family rejected it to change the name. Even after lot of explanation they are asking to change the name and religion irrespective of invalidation of certificates or experience. As a friend to the girl I need to provide her some legal points so that she can explain it to them and be strong in her decision. The boy is currently working abroad and the girl is also intent to travel abroad after marriage and passport and certificate plays a vital part in this. Please advice.

The best way is run away or fist get marriage done and after getting viza inform the parents. Then they will not be able to stop them.
In such condition, both of them will be happy and even got reward from govt also and will be happy also.
you may contact me at 098I4II-OOO5 for any assistance and i can help them to do it within one day only.
