Dear Sir/Madam,
My husband's school name is T. Mahesh Kumar born on 1981. He changed his name on 2011 as Mahesh Thulasi through gazette notification. Now he missed those documents.
All his school certificate, driving license, Pan card, passport, bank pass book, property etc are all in his birth name (Mahesh Kumar T)
He would like to do a name change in all documents but he has lost the papers from gazette.
Could you please help us on how to get a duplicate copy of those relevant papers, if that's not possible could you please let us know how to proceed further.
