My husband's parents was died at that time he is 5 years old. Somebody took care of his studies and he does not have his parents death certificates and now the problem is that he want to change in his father name and want to mention guardian name and initial also instead of his father name in adaar card. Is it possible to change his father name, if possible what is the legal process please explain me.
