A flat was rented in the name of two persons five years back. Now the landlord has decided to sell the flat. Presently there exists problem between the two occupiers of the flat. One of the occupier has the capacity to buy the flat and wants to have it in her name, which the other occupier may not like. Will the other occupier be able to create any problem if the flat is bought in the name of first occupier only? Please reply.
