Name changed in america-accepted during property sale?

  • We had bought a property Before marriage on my name as "Gita Chandar" (name before marriage).
  • We had bought another property After marriage on my name as "Gita Suresh Das"  (name after marriage).
  • Recently I had changed my name to "Gita Chandar Das"  (just changed the middle name).
  • Both Name changes were done in  America and I have the name  change documents from a America court ofice.

Please advice on:

  1. Will I have any problems while selling both the property above?
  2. Is it enough if I just submit the name change documents that I had received from American court?
  3. Should I still change my name in India also?
  4. Should I change my name in the property documents also or  is it enough if I submit the name change certificates?

Thank you,
