A land has been purchased in West Bengal in the name of a society as Sri Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Mision before registration of the said society under society registration act. But the said society got registration under act as Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Ashram.
What will be the legal process to prove the both identity as same? Is an affidavit sufficient? If yes please provide me a draft of the said affidavit. Where the said affidavit me be registered? If the affidavit is not sufficient then what would they do? Please advise me.
