I need help in the following:
What would be the right and the legal way to write the name of the baby "Padma Durga" as the family has decided not to give the surname to the baby for some personal reasons. Hence please tell the right way to write the above name legally in the absence of the surname.

In our religion, there are somany female genders having the name of "Padma Durga".There is no problem for you without surname. If some times, proving yourself as "Padma Durga" would be creating a trouble. So there must be an identification, identifying you that you are "Padma Durga".
