Name transfer and property division

My grandmother has died 1 year back with a will where she has divided property among 3 child out of 7 children but nowhere it is mentioned why she is not willing to give share to others. Have consulted a lawyer he is telling that every child should give a noc in order to validate that will or else court will ask everyone to present in court and ask their willingness whether to take share in property or not. Kindly suggest how to go forward. We want to transfer the ownership either 3 ways or 7 ways. But need to have a solution.

She has every right to bequeth the property as per her wish under Womens' Property Rights Act 1956. If her desire is to give to 3 children and not mention others it, it is her pleasure.

The only way for others is to contest the will on any other possible grounds in a court.

No need for NOC from others

The manner how she acquired the property alone shows the way for further remedy.

The property was always in her name . What are the chances is others contest the will
