Hi,
there are A1, A2, A3 and A2 and A3 names were taken off from CS, since Police did not find any allegations or anything against them. But Complainant filed a protest petition visiting the judge in person and tried to convince him to add the names again the Chargesheet.
Case is filed by a woman, on a guy stating false promise of marriage case.
How could judge order to add the names without any new allegations, just based on protest petition. Anyhow..
Our advocate told us that they will file a revision petition in highcourt and then go for quash of A2 and A3 then proceed with A1.
Is the above approach correct. Just wanted to take a second opinion. We were already deceived by two advocates. So scared. Please advice.
