Names(religious &political) in public carrier vehicles

1)Public transport carriers( both Passenger & Cargo)(yellow number plate with Black numbers) like tempo, Autos, Private call taxis, Lorries are plying  on the roads with some names & other slogans which indicates or related to some religion or some political parties.( Like  Jesus saves, Masha Allah, Sriramajeyam, jai mata di)( District President/secretary of a political party etc.etc)(painting of gods of different religions/symbols/slogans both religious and political). This sort of showing their religious or political affinity in public that too by/in a public carrier or taxi/auto which is meant for the people of all caste & creed will not have any bias in the minds of the other sect/creed/political party? Will it not attract hatred among the different group of people? Will it not make any doubt over the minds of others about the safety of their lives when utilising these services? Will it not attract any damage to the vehicle and the passenger/cargo in times of communal/political violence? What is the material benefit arrived by the owners of these vehicles?

2) Like wise, lot of  Private vehicles are also plying with the same type of political /religious slogans/ paintings/ pictures/ colours/political flags. These private vehicles in turn the owners are actually threatening others by their political affliation/religious followings,These things should be curbed. When we are comparing /quoting other western countries like USA,UK, I am sure these sort of things are no where followed/seen.

3) Two wheeler owners have also following the above trend. But due to shortage of space in their vehicle, they are painting the words like " Police" "Army" " Press"etc only to threaten the general public and to take advantage of using "no parking area" for parking, jumping the signals and to get away from the police in case of any traffic violations and to warn the public that they should not be questioned by anybody for anything.

I am sure in all the above cases, law of the land is violated under different sections of different Acts of law.

These sort of attitude is not good for communal harmony & political harmony. Lawyers & others are requested to take initiative to make the Government both State& Central and other law enforcing authorities to make our country a harmonious one in all the areas.

It is better you patiently draft a petition with pleadings related to all the issues posted by you above, either contact a lawyer practicing in high court or as a party in person, file a PIL in the high court seeking its intervention or relief/remedy to this burning topic.
