I have a query regarding 'proper certification of the need to file an appeal' before the Hon'ble High Court.
Who is the proper or competent authority to issue such certificate?
We have filed a Writ Petition against an order passed by Hon'ble CAT and we have been asked to submit a certficate as per NLP.
