The land which not khalsa or bhogwatadar no1 or juni start or tenure 1 is treated as tenure 2 or bhogawatadar no 2 or navin shart land.This type of land is owned by the owner on specific conditions imposed by State and cannot be transferred by sale or change use like N A prier to the permission of Revenue authorities , in this process one has to pay the NAZARANA to govt.There are different types of tenure 2 holdings like kul ,advisi,mahari inam,service inam,govt grant land etc .the type of holding one can find on 7A of 7/12 extract.
