What is the nominal validity period of NDA agreement in case of designs.If no NDA is signed,then what is the default applicable NDA period.
Assume a company X is executing a complete design project for its client company Y.Company Y is going to have complete design rights.
NDA is signed between companies X and Y.
Company Y is executing the design project with several agencies like A,B,C etc without executing any NDA and without taking any precautionary measures.
Are the agencies A,B,C etc are part of any IP disputed between companies X and Y.What are the liabilities of agencies A,B,C etc in the event of IP disputes between companies X and Y.
