Need advice

Dear expert, I m going to file petition in august u/s 13(1)(ia) against my wife. as per my lawyer instruction that if u hv physical relation with ur wife till continue then ur case will be throw out by judge. I hv sufficiant call recording and evidence for prov that my wife is cruelty. Kindly sugest me that I need to discontinue physical relation with my wife. As my wife dont want to leave me or live with me peacefully. She is unnecessary herres my parent who has not beennt stayed with us 2yrs.
