Need Advice

My father is harrasing my mother with all his bad habits from past 30 years. Recently because of his behaviour she got hurt and undergone a brain surgery. she is taken care of my brother now. In our hometown own house is there on my mothers name. He occupied that house alone and spoiled it completely.How to get rid of him permanently? my mother don't want to be with him anymore. kindly suggest me
