Let the case for annulment go on, be on the watch out for false/frivolous 498A, 406, DV complaints. You  can start by consulting some lawyer for pre-emptive proceedings to protect yourself from that. You can start by intimating authorities concerned as to your apprehension, best to do it through an expert (lest your inlaws come to know of it - and the storm that would follow).

Secondly : there is nothing legally wrong with you living with the lady. No offence at all

1.One query if my inlaws has filed already null and void case on me so howcome they file 498a,406 if they are showing in court that she is not my leagelly wed wife.

2.I am confuse to start in livein, if adultry case is applied on me? I will try all secrately but for precations what to do to prevent me from adultry,497, dv act?

With earlier two you could not settle so how it is that you will settle with third.
