I filed RCR and date is after few days.. After staying apart form husband for 1 and half year, my FIL send a letter that I turtured her (Mental and physical), which is completely false.. Initially my wife did not agreed to stay with me.. But after a long separation, my FIL is telling to a middle person to come down and take her.. But in between, as she was not intereted to stay with me, and she did not share any thing about herself, so what should I do?In between I changed my mind and I am already frustrated with this relation and thinking to get out from such relation..
Incase in my RCR she will tell that she want to join whith me, then how can I avoid to take her?
Need advice: As my FIL send letter after filing my RCR, so can I tell to court that I want justification for his latter (where my FIL mentioned that I gave turture)..On that basis can I appeal and incase she want then can I avoid on that basis?
As my wife's house is 500 KM apart from me, so can she appleal at high court to transfer the case to her jurisdication? Is it a lengthy procedure or very easy for them?
