Dear Lawyers,
Need advice -
1) Can the money be paid in installments instead of paying the same in one go at the time of divorce?
2) If yes then does court decied the monthly premiums?
3) Till what time one is liable to pay to the other?
4) After mutual divorce can one file his/her share against property which has been taken after the mutual divorce.

Court may or may not agree for the instalments. It dependson the parties to the petition. If compromise is like that then court may agree.

Is husband liable to give the alimonary amount if the marriage didnt sustain for not more than 2 months and the wife is equally working. If yes then can he ask the court to reduce the overall amount which he needs to pay..

It apepars that you are discussing maintenance issue. It is the paramount responsibility of husband to maintain his legally wedded wife. The only way to be absolved of payment of maintenance is to prove that the wife is in better posision to sustain herself as earning more than or equal to husband, or in a batter position than husband. If wife is earning the maintainable liability of husband can be considerabely on the lower side.
