Need advices

Hi Sir,

I got married in 2012 and surprisingly it was a love marriage. But from the very first day, my wife and their family tried to dominate my family members as well as tried to insult them by every means. On a single quarrel the two family got separated and they asked me alone for a mutual consent. When I reached there, they told me their conditions and as I agreed on their conditions, so they send their daughter with me. After a month they again started blaming that my mother and my grand mother has done some sort of black magic on their daughter and this time they forced me to leave my family. However I disagreed and they took their daughter. Now they are trying to connect me through different channels like my friends, some relative uncles and asking me to apologize for such a crime which I haven't done. I have no relation with my wife now since 1 and half month and I am listening that she is trying to cheat me. But I have no strong evidence of that. So I am planning for a divorce. Please advice me when can I file it. Also will they file a false dowry case? If so then what should be my step?

take any elderly person help to mediate and solve the issue as per your query it is in the initial stages of misunderstandings and if not even you can discuss with your wife and settle the issue amicably

if even the problem presists then consult a local lawyer

Dear Sir, In addition to my above mentioned thread, please find below the next happenings. My wife and their family members threaten me by all possible ways that you should leave your parents and come to us. They tried some sort of black magic also. But upon getting failure on all of these stuffs, now they had beaten my father badly and filed an attempt to murder and attempt to rape case. After then they have lodged a false case of 498A and false case of 313 against me and my family in the local police station. They are such evil people that they are buying everything. Please advice me how can I get rid of this situation.

Filing Cases such as 498a (Criminal Case which usually takes 5-8 years), DV and other cases will take lot of time, energy and money, Health and mental peace.

They can file as many cases as they can, that is what the cases are for!!

If you want to fight against them. Take the help of a lawyer and fight accordingly.

Else if you don’t have energy, time and money to fight for the cases.

Just listen to your Wife’s words. Surrender to her and say she is the only women in the world that I know of, Praise her extravagantly as how you did during your Love+++ing days.

Go and stay with her, at least your parents will be saved from beatings, false cases and allegations.
