I married my long time girl friend through the hindu marriage act, i am a born muslim and she a born hindu. Even after the marriage my girl friend did not come and live with me due to some family issues and hence we conitiued living sperately meeting very now and then. But during the course of year differences started between us which led to lots of arguements and fight. and now we have decided to call it quits by annuling the whole thing... we both have come to a mutual understanding on this. my said to be girl friend has sent be a notice from her lawyer asking for annulment and to appear before the court on a said date... pls advise on how to go further...
