This is vamsi from anantapur need some clarification regarding my grand mother property having one house and my grand mother having 3sons iam son of in (3),and 2daughter's and now past 2years back my grand mother was died now need to sale that house. Now we need to give equal share? pls suggest me the soluation.....if they went to court they will have right to get the equal share? when the NTR passed the G.O. of daughter's having right on share of property? from which year? and which year married ladies comes with in this G.O............Pls do need ful as soon as possible..........
