I cound not understand the latest judgement of Allahabad High Court for filing false affidavit in civil proceeding “APPLICATION U/S 482 No. – 12840 of 2016 Mahesh Tiwari Vs State of U.P. And Another.
In this judgement court has concluded that the false statement/affidavit filed in the civil proceeding is an offence and attracts 191, 193 and 193 of IPC.
I could not understand the final decision of the court.
Can someone explain the final decision in this case? Whether the perjury case was procedded against the accused or not.
