Need consultancy

Hi,

I wanted to know , what is the procedure in case of an FIR against the guy for a fake case of dowry ?

Also , the case of a known is going on in chandigarh, and his appeal got rejected in district court on fake grounds of medical reports provided by the girl, what should be done ?

The same will now be applied through session court (chandigarh), but what are the chances of a non biased decision being taken against the guy.

Also, does a female judge affect the case negatively ?

The appropriate court will decide on the basis of evidence and circumstantial evidence. No gender bias as fas as judiciary is concern. All citizensare equal under the law. If you feel unjustice in lower courts, you can appeal to higher courts. do not worry.

There is no question of the gender of the judge which you have mistaken to take effect on the judgment to be pronounced by that judge.  The judgment will be based on the merits of the case and other aspects of trial, there is no such thing called bias, if you feel aggrieved on the judgment, you can very well prefer an appeal against the judgment before the higher court.
