Need divorce

Greeting fot the day!

Me and my girlfriend are in love for 6 years.Now she married to some other guy because of her family pressure.Even she told that guy about us, to cancel the marriage.But the guy refused to do so.After marriage she is staying with her parents because of work.she did not let that guy to do martial intercource since two month of marriage. Please suggest me the way the girl can take divorce.

Well you are true what you saying.

I will follow that but the boy is not Good.she is also intrested to take divorce.

Please suggest her a way .

she is also interested to take divorce because you are there to give support/shelter her.That's why she is failing to serve her duty to him.she is not accepting him as a husband and the situation.

if she has not cohabited since more than 2 months, if its true it will be a news dear.these called tactics from girls side like non consumated and all...think who can believe the husband is not good although he can take it serious for not cohabitation till 2 months.

Live her alone and give achance to adjust with the life, its her fate.

She can not take divorce even by mutual consent till 1 year of marriage.
