hello experts and advocates - need divorce judgements from supreme court and high courts where divorce is given to husband
1. on the basis of mental cruelty where wife didnt allow the husband for bringing his mother to his place for medical treatment. the husband sent the mother back to her home town on the account of wife leaving home to fulfil her demand as in this case.
2. on the basis of mental cruelty where the wife's father along with her were discussing to go to court (like 498a, DV) on account of baseless points. i captured their voice where they mentioned to go to court.
3. on the basis of cruelty, where all three of them (wife, father in law & mother in law) were scolding, yelling, screaming at me continusly for hours on account of nothing. i captured their voices in the mobile.
4. on the basis of cruelty, where none of them (wife, f-in law, m-in law) never intimated me by phone on the day when my daughter was born.
5. on the basis of cruelty, where my wife used to sleep in another room away from me.
6. on the basis of cruelty, where the wife used to leave the house without telling the husband where she is going to.
7. on the basis of cruelty, where the wife filed 498a and DV on the husband and the trial ongoing depite the facts that husband had never done on the wife. infact, she took good care of her and the husband is having all the proofs to support this.
