Need experts advice

dear experts,

wife left home almost a year back. husband came to know that she has appeared for govt job exam and cleared. might get a posting in her hometown itself. If husband files RCR after she gets employed, will it affect RCR to go in favour of husband due to her job? please advise.

thanks

Dear Expert

I am suffering a problem that my wife don't want to live with me by giving non-sense excuses. but she is living with my parents. There my family member caught her many times talking to another person & she used to send him approx 50 sms daily. Because of interuption of my family members she switched off her phone.I am sure it's an affair but don't have any proove. I wanted to know can i get the details of text sms of last one month only by her acceptance through police complaint or by any other source to show in court as evidence.

Kindly tell me soon..

I am very thanfull to you.

@need justice,

She has not got any job as of now. For the last 1 year, i was trying to bring her back with the intervention of elders. I also sent letters to her to join me, but all the letters were refused.

She is purposely trying to get a govt job so that she can use it a reason for staying at her parents place.  What should I do now??

Job cannot be considered as a valid reason under section9 HMA to deny husband the conjugal bliss provided you are earning enough to take care of your wife and children(if any) regards ASHOK
