I require a sample copy of an agreement for engaging sales person for collection of market dues and also for retail store manager apart from offer and appointment letter. As both the two position requires to handle cash. I need more protection before engaging them. Previously we used to issue only offer letter and appointment letter now I want to execute one more specific agreement for preventing any wrong such as theft, not depositing cash in time etc....Kindly suggest. Anticipating your early cooperation.
