today my dad got a notice to his office. there in that they are keeping false allegations 

How can they send a notice to your dad ?  She has married you and they send a notice to your dad. LOLz..

1. i have slept with a girl in fron of her

They have to prove it via video recording.

2. i have beaten her badly 

There should be medical certificate to state that she was beaten to pulp.

3. i used to come daily in drunked state.
 

It hardly matters.  But if there is a MR of her injuries then this point No. 3 will be bonus point for them.

4. i have tortured her mentally and physically to bring her house in her name and bring money.
 

Mental torture does not need evidence.

5. they decided themselves that i earn one lakh per month and i have to pay 25000/- permonth as maintenance. frankly speaking my salary is 19000/- per month.
 

Then you also decide that she is earing 2 lac rupees per month and you also claim maintenance as you are earning lesser than her ;-))

Here they have to give proof that you are earing a million dollars a month and only after that they can ask a share in it.  They cannot ask your entire salary which is not even 25 thousand a meagre 19 thousand!

6. they have never mentioned anything about divorce in that notice.
 

Right time to file divorce based on the allegations made by her
 

kindly help me out how to tackle this situation.
